Payment and Conditions
for mail ordering
Payment can be made via Paypal,
or by mailing a cheque or money order payable to Morhair.
Orders paid for by cheques will be shipped only after the
cheque has been cleared through the bank. We will ship orders
only to the address on the payment vehicle. No third party
shipments will be allowed.
Our supplier may discontinue a particular
colour or brand at any time without prior notice to Morhair.
Should this occur, we reserve the right complete the order
with merchandise of equivalent quality and value, unless a
specific request, not to substitute, was received with the
order.
Hair Extensions may vary slightly in color
when compared to the video or printed images. Accordingly,
we may have no control over minor variations.
Orders will be processed within 5 to 10
business. If your order cannot be filled within 10 days you
will be notified. You will have the option of selecting a
different product or request a cancellation.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY:
Due to health and Government restriction regarding intimate
articles, we will only exchange or refund Merchandise that
is in its original condition and packaging. Under no circumstances
will an item be exchanged if the tag has been tampered with,
as we will perceive the item to have been worn. There is no
exchange on custom orders.
Before an item is returned for exchange
or refund, you must contact us at adjustment@morhair.ca
to receive a Return merchandise authorization (RMA#). Include
your order # and the reason for exchange. We will reply to
your e-mail with your RMA # and instructions on how and where
to return your item. All packages sent without RMA # will
be refused. You have 7 days from the date of the invoice to
request an exchange. If there is a defect in the construction
we will replace or repair it at our discretion.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Standard mode of shipment is Canada Post or UPS ground: Charges
are calculated at 4% of total order with a minimum charge
of $10.00 to Canadian address; $20.00 to US address; and $30
to international address.
Adjustments are made after receipt and verification
of the merchandise. Please note that Morhair is not responsible
for loss or damage during transportation. Such a claim should
be filed directly with the carrier.
By placing an order with Morhair, you confirm
that you have accepted and agreed to all our policies
PRIVACY POLICY: We respect
your privacy. We do not sell exchange or release our customer’s
personal information to any one. Your information will be
kept confidential.
